Description Advantage Truck Group (ATG), the largest DTNA Dealer Group in New England, is immediately hiring Diesel Technicians with 2 or more years of experience for1st and 2nd Shifts. WHAT WE OFFER $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 with first paycheck, $5,000 at 90 days) $22-$46/ hr., based on experience Monthly Performance bonuses Overtime at time and a half First Shift 8- hour shift schedule ( 6:30am - 3:00pm ) Second shift flexible schedules + $5 shift differential Four 10-hour shift schedule ( 2:00pm-12:30am ) Five 8-hour shift schedule ( 3:00pm-11:30pm ) BENEFITS (That Start Day One) Full Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Annual Tool and Safety Shoe Allowances Company-Paid Short and Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance 401K with 4% company match 15 days of Paid Time Off in your first year Access to Factory-Certified Remote & On-Site Training Opportunities REQUIREMENTS 2 or more years of Diesel Technician experience is required Current, valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding positions (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods).
