We're looking for a skilled and self-motivated Diesel Mechanic to keep our mixed fleet running at peak performance — because when our trucks are down, so is our business. What You'll Do: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a mixed fleet of tow trucks, including both newer and high-mileage vehicles requiring close attention Service and maintain Dodge Ram 4500 chassis vehicles and Jerr-Dan towing systems Service tow dollies and associated towing equipment Diagnose and repair both diesel and unleaded passenger vehicles Manage the parts room, including inventory control, parts ordering, and supplier price negotiation to control costs Assist in assessing vehicle damage claims with accuracy and professionalism Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate clearly using basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Partner with drivers and management to minimize vehicle downtime and keep the fleet road-ready What We Offer: Competitive Compensation: $30–$36 per hour based on experience, with room to discuss performance-based incentives for candidates who bring strong ideas to the table Career Advancement Opportunities: As we continue to grow, we value team members who want to grow with us into lead technician or fleet management roles Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family healthy.
