OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and repairing diesel engines and related systems. This role requires proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Diesel Mechanic will work on various equipment, including Volvo Trucks, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Familiarity with Volvo Trucks is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems related to diesel engines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including schematics.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy components (up to 50 pounds).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles.
