Requirements 6–12 months diesel/mechanical experience (preferred, not required for trainees) Valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and on a team Flexible schedule availability ? Preferred (Not Required) CDL or willingness to obtain ASE certifications Michigan heavy-duty mechanic license Fleet maintenance software experience Physical Requirements Lift 35+ lbs Bend, kneel, squat, and work in shop conditions Operate tools and shop equipment Pass drug & alcohol screening

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include performing diesel diagnostics, troubleshooting, executing preventative maintenance, and conducting DOT inspections on various heavy-duty equipment.
