Minimum Requirements 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees) Valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving ability (you can think, not just follow steps) Able to work independently AND as part of a team Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There) ASE certifications Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software Don’t have these yet? If you’ve got the work ethic, we’ll help you build them. Physical / Work Environment Lift 35+ lbs regularly Bend, kneel, squat, and work in a shop environment Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently Must pass drug & alcohol screening BOTTOM LINE If you can work hard, think critically, and show up ready to perform—especially on second shift—you’ll succeed here.
