Minimum Requirements 6–12 months diesel or mechanical experience (preferred, NOT required for trainees) Valid driver’s license Strong problem-solving ability (you can think, not just follow steps) Able to work independently AND as part of a team Flexible schedule with willingness to work SECOND SHIFT Preferred (Not Required – We’ll Help You Get There) ASE certifications Michigan Heavy-Duty Mechanic License Experience with fleet maintenance / diagnostic software Don’t have these yet? If you’ve got the work ethic, we’ll help you build them. Responsibilities
