We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting diesel engines and associated systems in vehicles and equipment. This position requires knowledge of diesel engines and strong problem-solving skills to ensure optimal performance and safety. -Perform preventive maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.  -Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on diesel vehicles and equipment, including transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.  -Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify problems and determine necessary repairs.  -Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot engine performance issues.  -Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on vehicles and equipment.  -Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.  -Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure timely completion of repairs.  -Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to diesel mechanics.  **Qualifications:**  -High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a formal diesel mechanic program is preferred.  -Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role, with a strong understanding of diesel engines.  -Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.  - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.  -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  -Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.  -Class A or B license a plus
