In this role, you will provide expert diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on diesel engines and related systems at customer locations, ensuring minimal downtime and superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of diesel engines and associated components. Travel to various customer locations with fully equipped mobile tools and equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on a variety of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment. Provide detailed explanations and recommendations to customers regarding vehicle conditions and necessary repairs. Maintain accurate service records and document all services performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working in diverse environments. Manage time efficiently to meet or exceed weekly minimum earnings goals. Stay updated with the latest diesel technology and industry best practices. Proven experience as a diesel technician, preferably with mobile service experience. Strong diagnostic and repair skills on diesel engines and related systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying environmental conditions. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
