Description Kenly 95 TA Service Center – Full-Time | Top Pay | 40 Hours Guaranteed Kenly 95 TA Service Center is expanding and hiring experienced Diesel Technicians / Diesel Mechanics to join our high-volume, full-service heavy-duty truck repair shop. We specialize in Class 8 semi-truck and trailer repair, fleet maintenance, diagnostics, and major component replacement. If you’re an experienced diesel tech looking for steady work, guaranteed hours, top pay, and long-term career stability, this is the shop for you. We have been in business for 60 years with zero layoffs and zero closures. Requirements Compensation & Schedule Average technician pay: $37/hour Top producers average: $52+ per hour Guaranteed 40 hours per week Full-time | 5 days per week | Weekends required Paid every Friday Diesel Technician Responsibilities Diagnose, service, and repair Class 8 semi-trucks and trailers Perform engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, electrical troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance Complete DOT inspections and multi-point vehicle inspections Accurately document repair recommendations and completed work Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards Work closely with Service Writers and other Diesel Technicians Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work area Qualifications Verifiable experience as a Diesel Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy-Duty Mechanic, or Fleet Mechanic (required) Experience working on semi-trucks, commercial trucks, or heavy equipment Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and truck systems independently Must own required mechanic tools ASE certifications preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Must be 18 years or older Ability to pass background check, physical, and pre-employment & random drug testing Technician Benefits & Incentives $150 annual boot allowance $500 annual tool allowance Company-provided uniforms (cleaned weekly at no cost) ASE certification fees paid 100% $250 bonus + commission increase for each ASE earned Additional $500 bonus for Master ASE certification Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Flexible Spending & Dependent Care Accounts Paid vacation Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement up to $1,500 per year Meal, merchandise, and fuel discounts Our Company has been family-owned and operated since 1964!
