What You’ll Be Doing You’ll handle real diagnostics and real repairs — not just parts swapping. Perform scheduled PMs and comprehensive fleet inspections Diagnose and repair Class 1–Class 8 trucks & fleet equipment Engines (diesel & gas), electrical systems, HVAC, brakes, suspension, steering & drivetrains Use OEM diagnostic software (Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Mitsubishi, etc.) Conduct road tests and verify quality control standards Document repairs accurately and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first workspace Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership This role operates with minimal micromanagement. If you’re experienced, we trust you to manage your workflow like a professional.
