Qualifications: · 2+ years of Service Technician experience required · Ford Certifications are a bonus, but not necessary · State Inspection License required · Basic computer skills · Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment · Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required · Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities: · Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. · Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. · Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. · Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. · Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks, and adjust as needed. Responsibilities

Technicians will test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems, subsequently diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various vehicle automotive systems like the engine, transmission, and brakes. They are also responsible for estimating repair times and executing warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
