In this vital role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues across a diverse range of equipment, performing necessary repairs, and scheduling maintenance work to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, responding to service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner that aligns with the department’s objectives and the company’s commitment to excellence. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in construction equipment * Perform repairs and conduct maintenance work on various types of machinery * Schedule and manage maintenance tasks based on customer requirements * Ensure all service actions meet or exceed departmental objectives and standards * Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to service requests * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Must have good driving record * Adhere to McCurley Dealerships, Safety & Environmental policies * Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Dealership products * Maintain own tools   Competencies * Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. * Active Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments and questions of others. * Customer Oriented – Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures. * Honest/Integrity – Ability to be truthful and be seen as credible in the workplace. * Working Under Pressure – Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.     We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
