ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will be assisting with the repairs and maintenance of all types of On Highway Truck engines, maintaining a safe working environment for all team mates and ensuring customer satisfaction and value for money.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Trouble shooting and repairs of all types of On Highway Truck engines
• Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Completing detailed service reports for all jobs
• Ensuring your work area is always clean and safe
• Providing guidance to Trade Assistants and Apprentices in their day to day duties.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

• Experience repairing, rebuilding and refurbishing Cat engines
• A strong commitment to safety, health and the environment
• Familiarity of Caterpillar computer diagnostics (highly regarded)
• Current heavy vehicle licence (desirable
