Integrity Fleet Services is growing fast and looking for dependable and experienced Road Service Diesel and Trailer Technicians. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of fleet repairs and preventative maintenances, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication. Diagnose and repair systems such as ABS, braking, hydraulic, light engine, pneumatic, and other related systems. Utilize diagnostic software to assist with troubleshooting and efficient repair processes. Accurately document work time, service reports, and equipment status to ensure precise billing and record-keeping. Operate a service truck to reach various customer locations, ensuring a professional presence and communication with customers. Responsible for decision-making surrounding vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Conduct self in a professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining service truck, and truck inventory. We're not jerks... we have LOTS of PERKS! Requirements Qualifications 2 years of experience performing repairs on trucks and trailers, including mechanical, electrical, brake, and suspension systems, with hands-on use of diagnostic software and tools for troubleshooting. Strong mechanical skills with proficiency in the repair and service of truck and trailer systems and components; experience with advanced diagnostics is preferred but not required. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Strong verbal and documentation skills, with the ability to work well with others and maintain professional relationships at all levels. Must own basic tools required for the job. Vocational or technical certifications are highly valued; ASE certification is advantageous. Ability to work flexible schedules. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 70 pounds and be capable of climbing, kneeling, twisting, and bending in a variety of work environments. Welding experience a plus. Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced environment as part of a team. Shift Schedule Full Time Approximately 40–45 hours per week, with additional hours as needed based on workload and customer demand. Weekday schedule with limited nights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities. ADDITIONAL NOTES WE ARE A 24/7 ROAD SERVICE – FLEET MAINTENANCE COMPANY. SCHEDULE MUST BE FLEXIBLE.
