Location Address: 8300 Constitution Ave NE Albuquerque, NM 87110-7613 Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $0.00 Maximum Offer $0.00 Now Hiring: Diet Aide II Summary: Oversees the patient tray delivery system, which includes meals, floor stock, nourishment, and the monitoring of physician s diet order with food items prepared Type of Opportunity: PRN Job Exempt: No Job is based: Presbyterian Kaseman Hospital Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Responsibilities: Support the Organizations Vision, Values, & Strategies. Serve as the departments customer relations personnel. Participate as a active team member for the department. Adhere to policies and procedures established by various hospital, departmental, environmental, State and JCAHO regulations. Serve as the department's quality assurance personnel in regard to food monitoring. Act as information liaison between patient and dietitians. Record patient preference for meal preparation. Instruct production as to the specific item and quantity of each food item to prepare. Qualifications: Schedule is PRN, M-F. Hours will vary. Ideal Candidate: Cashier experience, food court experience. Minimum one year food service experience or customer service. One to three years experience working in a healthcare food service environment is preferred. One to two years college level courses in nutrition can be substituted for healthcare food service experience.
