Scope of Position: The primary purpose of the Dietary Aide is to provide a GREAT Customer Service experience with our residents while they dine with us. Job Responsibilities: Perform defined work routines. Follows policies and procedures. Assist in serving meals. Works under stress effectively and efficiently. Exhibits willingness to work in any situation. Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties. Assisting in washing and storing dishes. Assisting in receiving and storing food and supplies. Participate in in-service training sessions. Exhibits punctuality. Exhibits enthusiasm. Performs other duties assigned by Director. Requirements Compassion for the elderly. High School Diploma or equivalent. State Food Service Sanitation Certificate. This position will show a willingness to perform routine, repetitive tasks with frequent interruptions. The Dietary Aide will be able and willing to work flexible hours, such as during an emergency situation. Ability to work independently. Satisfactory clearance of criminal history background check.
