Dietary Aide Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Pay Range: $20 - $23.50 per hour (Experience and Education dependent) About Us High Point & Affiliated Organizations is a health and human service agency whose mission is to treat and prevent substance use disorders and mental illness. High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Dietary Aide Duties & Responsibilities * Compliance with Federal Regulations, 42CFR Part 2, Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPAA Regulations * Knowledge of Infection Control standards-hand washing, personal protective equipment (PPE) kits, blood spill kits, etc. * Food safety certification required within the first year * Preparation and serving of assigned meals following approved menu by the Nutrition Committee * Opening/closing duties as assigned * Other duties as assigned by the Site Director / Program Director / Director of Dietary to insure safe and appropriate operation of the facility Dietary Aide Qualifications * Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work * Must have the ability to work with chemically dependent, dully diagnosed and clients with other behavioral health issues Benefits * 403b - Retirement    
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to approved menus while maintaining facility opening and closing duties. Ensures strict adherence to food safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality regulations.
