Description The Dietary Aide will: Follow department procedure for tray assembly. Utilize weights and measures to assure proper portioning. Assist on tray line and deliver trays to patients. Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines. Wash dishes. Coordinate area to ensure timeliness of duties. Operate cash register when working in the cafeteria. Assist in the training of new staff members. Attend department specific in-service programs and mandatory hospital wide programs. This position will work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Hours 6:00am - 2:30pm, every other weekend 6:30am - 10:30am. Requirements Ability to read, write and speak in English Basic computer proficiency Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $18.50 - $22.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
