Description

Description Fairway View Senior Communities seeks a Dietary Aide to join our team. The Dietary Aide performs a variety of dietary activities including preparing foods, portioning foods, setting up trays, clearing tables, racking and washing dishes, pots and pans, maintaining a sanitary environment. They also assist with transporting food to the medical campus during meal periods. Additional duties include: Demonstrates understanding of procedures relating to food handling, dish washing, sanitizing work and eating surfaces Follows proper safety and infection control procedures in food and dish handling Demonstrates cooperation and team spirit when working with staff/residents/patients Works with others in the department and throughout the organization in a positive manner of those served and the department Hours and Pay: Part time hours 4:00-7:30pm Additional hours available during the week if desired $1.00 evening shift differential, $6.00 differential for picking up shifts Alternating weekends, with holiday rotation Retirement with Employer match Paid Time Off Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $24.11
