JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Dietary Aide – part time will become fulltime immediate hire Department: Dietary CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt SUMMARY A dietary aide ensures that each resident receives the nourishment they require to promote, reclaim or maintain their health and well-being. The aide assists the dietary manager in developing food combinations, preparation procedures, and presentation strategies that encourage patients to eat, enjoy healthy food. This position reports to the Dietary Manager. Always remembering this is the home of the sisters and residents.
