JOB SUMMARY

The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of nutritious meals for residents, staff, and visitors. This position requires adherence to standardized recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines (HACCP) to ensure that meals are of high quality and prepared in a safe, clean environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, and committed to upholding Participation House’s Mission Statement and the Statement of Resident Rights.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Grade 12 education, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Dietary Aide, preferably in a health care setting.
