Description Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 7:00am-2:30pm, rotating weekends About the Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Dietary Assistant to join our Dining Services Department. In this role, you'll support meal preparation and service, assist residents with their dietary needs, and help maintain a clean, safe dining environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with meal preparation and serving residents Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, and dish room Set and sanitize dining tables; deliver room trays as needed Follow dietary guidelines and safety standards Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Positive attitude and ability to relate well to seniors Previous food service experience preferred Must follow all health and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Basic knowledge of food safety (ServeSafe certification a plus) CPR/First Aid training preferred If you’re passionate about providing great service and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we’d love to hear from you!
