Caring Places Management is actively recruiting for a Dietary Manager to join our Assisted Living & Memory Care community, Laurel Place, in Port Angeles, WA. This position reports directly to the Administrator and fills a crucial role within the community by overseeing and organizing the preparation and service of meals while making lasting connections with our residents, their families, and our exceptional care team. Requirements: Must be able to work evenings & weekends Prior experience with cooking in an institutional setting; Strong leadership and communication skills; Able to use a computer when necessary; Able to understand and meet specialized dietary needs; Prior experience managing expenses within budgetary guidelines; Highly organized with a commitment to exceptional customer service; Must have a current Food Handler’s Permit or obtain one prior to hire.
