Dietary Aide Location: Southern Hills Specialty Care- Osceola, IA Organization: Care Initiatives Schedule: Part-Time | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required About Us: Care Initiatives is Iowa’s largest nonprofit provider of skilled nursing care, with over 40 skilled nursing communities across the state. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and enhancing the quality of life for the individuals we serve. Position Summary: The Dietary Aide assists with food preparation, meal service, and kitchen sanitation to support the nutritional and dietary needs of our residents. In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience by ensuring meals are prepared and served in accordance with dietary requirements and resident preferences.
