Description

COME AND JOIN ONE OF THE UK’S LARGEST PROVIDERS OF COMPLEX CARE. WE PROUDLY EMPLOY OVER 4000+ PEOPLE - NO MATTER WHAT YOUR EXPERIENCE, WE HAVE JOBS FOR EVERYONE.

Are you a dedicated and compassionate professional looking for a rewarding role in a specialist mental health setting? We are currently seeking a Dietitian with Band 7 level experience to join our multidisciplinary team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital from July 2025. We’re a Tier 4 CAMHS inpatient service providing care for young people with complex mental health needs and this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our patients with their nutritional needs, contributing to their recovery, and working collaboratively with a skilled and supportive team.
At Ivetsey Bank Hospital, we take a holistic approach to care, ensuring that our young people receive the support they need in a positive and engaging environment. For instance, we recently held an animal therapy session, where we had the opportunity to interact with a variety of animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, a Burmese python, a meerkat, a skunk, a bearded dragon, a tortoise, and owls. Animal therapy has been shown to provide numerous benefits, such as; encouraging social communication, building important skills like attention and emotional reciprocity, boosting self-esteem while reducing anxiety and depression, helping develop behavioural and practical skills, offering calming physical interactions for emotional regulation, and breaking down emotional barriers and encouraging self-expression.
Our team prides itself on finding creative and innovative ways to enhance the therapeutic experience for our young people. Whether it’s sensory-based activities, interactive group sessions, or outdoor therapies, we are always looking for new and engaging approaches that make a real difference in their recovery journey. By fostering an environment of curiosity and adaptability, we ensure that every young person receives individualised, dynamic, and effective care tailored to their unique needs.
If you are looking for a role where you can truly make a positive impact, in an organisation that values innovative and holistic approaches to care, apply now!
