Description Job Title: Registered Dietitian – TEAM Wellness at Work Location: Edina, MN office Job Type: Full-time, in-person Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience About Us: TEAM Wellness at Work is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of hardworking individuals and their families in the labor and services industries. Our multidisciplinary team provides personalized, whole-person care through behavioral health, nursing, nutrition services, health coaching, and care coordination. We are committed to helping members improve their health through education, prevention, and meaningful lifestyle change. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and motivated Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary Employee Assistance Program (EAP). In this role, you will provide individualized nutrition counseling while collaborating closely with Nurse Case Managers, Health & Wellness Coaches, Behavioral Health Counselors, and Care Coordinators to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care. This position offers a high level of autonomy to develop nutrition and wellness programs, create structured educational resources, and help share innovative services that improve the health and well-being of our members and their families. You’ll also be supported by leadership that values collaboration, professional growth, and the opportunity to bring new ideas forward. Key Responsibilities: • Nutritional Assessments: Conduct nutritional assessments for clients, considering individual health status, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors. • Personalized Nutrition Plans: Develop tailored nutrition care plans that address the specific needs and goals of clients, including weight management, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. • Collaborative Care: Work closely with Health Coaches, as well as the multidisciplinary team, to integrate nutritional strategies into clients’ overall treatment and referral plans, facilitating communication and continuity of care. • Education & Counseling: Provide individual counseling sessions on nutrition-related topics, emphasizing practical strategies for healthy eating and lifestyle changes. • Program Development: Assist in the development and implementation of nutrition-focused programs and workshops aimed at enhancing the well-being of members and their families. • Resource Creation: Develop educational materials and resources to promote nutritional health within the labor and service industry communities. • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track client progress and outcomes, adjusting nutrition plans as necessary and providing follow-up support. • Advocacy: Serve as a nutrition advocate, promoting the importance of healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) credential • Previous experience in a clinical, community, or EAP setting is preferred. • Strong understanding of the relationship between nutrition and mental health. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Ability to engage and motivate diverse populations • Knowledge of relevant laws and ethical standards in nutrition and dietetics. • Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. • Reimbursement for license fees and continuing education • Paid continuing education days • Tuition reimbursement • Liability and Malpractice Insurance • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay • Low-Deductible Medical plan and Dental Offerings, Health and Dependent FSA, and a Generous Retirement Plan • Additional Voluntary Benefit Options.
