Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: Conduct nutrition assessments for online patients and develop customized nutrition care plans. Utilize AI assistants to generate, refine, and scale customized meal plans and nutritional recommendations, ensuring they align with clinical guidelines and patient preferences. Review and analyze patient data, providing clinical feedback within the digital system. Ensure compliance with JCIA clinical nutrition care standards and ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems, maintaining all relevant records. Coordinate with the clinical team to align nutritional goals with overall medical needs. Ensure compliance with JCIA clinical nutrition care standards and ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems, maintaining all relevant records. Resolve patient complaints and queries through coordination with clinical and non-clinical staff. Develop nutrition dictionaries, including nutritional values and standardized recipes for the system. Conduct nutritional education sessions for doctors, nurses, and internal/external stakeholders. Participate in clinical nutrition research and monthly assigned audits. Support operational flexibility through shift-based work. Requirements: BS in Food and Nutrition or Human Nutrition and Dietetics or MSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition. Preferably registered with Allied Health Professionals Council [AHPC] 2- 3 years of experience with a reputable organization. Proficient in AI tools and emerging healthcare technologies. Deep knowledge of disease-specific clinical nutrition. Ability to plan Enteral and Parenteral nutrition regimens. Ability to provide dietary instructions and counselling to patients and their families via online platforms. High-level communication skills with the ability to process complex information. Fluent in English and Urdu; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus. Ability to articulate information clearly and conduct engaging online sessions.
