DIETITIAN – AT HOME AGED CARE (PART-TIME) Help older Australians stay healthy, independent and living at home. VMCH is seeking an experienced and passionate Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) to join our At Home Aged Care Allied Health team. This is a part-time opportunity (1 day per week), working full-time hours on your allocated day, offering flexibility while enabling you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of older people across the community. ABOUT THE ROLE * Conduct nutrition assessments and provide evidence-based dietary interventions. * Develop personalised nutrition plans and monitor client outcomes. * Support clients, families and carers with education and practical advice. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver holistic care. * Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy. ABOUT YOU * Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). * Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience. * Strong clinical, communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience working with older adults or in community health is highly regarded. * Current Victorian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel.
