DIFFUSER MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are House of Elements Fragrances, a premium fragrance brand based in Abu Dhabi. Our mission is to transform everyday spaces and experiences through beautifully crafted scents and perfumes.
We are looking for a Skilled Diffuser Machine Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, refilling, and inventory management of diffuser machines and fragrance oils, ensuring seamless operation and excellent customer experience.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field (preferred, but not required).
• Proven experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of machines/equipment.
• Ability to handle refilling of fragrance oils carefully and accurately.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in managing inventory of machines and consumables.
• Ability to prepare and execute maintenance schedules efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred, but optional).

  Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)

• Install diffuser machines at client locations.
• Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of machines.
• Prepare and execute maintenance schedules to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues efficiently.
• Refill fragrance oils in diffuser machines as per brand standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functionality.
• Maintain accurate inventory of machines and fragrance oils.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on machine usage.
• Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and schedules.
• Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely service delivery.
