Proven Automation skills through previous automation projects requiring coding/machine learning/JMP Scripting Strong ability to perform functions of this role described above with minimal direction/guidance Strong logic and problem-solving skills and thought processes with successful demonstrated experience and approach it with the demeanor "how can I resolve this today!" Mature understanding of the process flow related to area equipment and SPC principles Strong leadership skills with the shown ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups Able to efficiently organize multifunctional teams to complete projects to solve an array of problems as well as coordinate meetings and initiate follow-up actions having the demeanor, "how will I make a difference today!" Ability to communicate and present optimally to all audiences using the intended question "who needs to know this?"
