You’ll be the face of the project, communicating progress to clients and project managers with total transparency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in construction management or a related field is preferred Minimum of at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Understand different types of pipes, structures & road installation Able to shoot grade & set elevations Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to dirt work operations Proficiency in operating and maintaining work equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CDL Class A or B is a plus, but not required
