A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator sits within the Digital Product Operations team and is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting digital advertising campaigns across audio, display, podcast, and DAB+ platforms. The role works across platforms including Triton, Google Analytics, Cheetah, and WordPress, and requires close collaboration with Commercial Sales, Digital Audio, Podcast Operations, Partnerships, and Inventory teams. Campaigns managed in this role are heard and seen by audiences across some of Australia's most listened-to broadcast and streaming platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Management and Ad Trafficking Execute operational tasks relating to the trafficking and management of Digital Audio advertising campaigns across platforms including Triton, Google Analytics, and display networks. Implement campaigns accurately across podcast, DAB+ stations, and streaming platforms, ensuring all specifications are met prior to launch. Manage campaign timelines and priorities, ensuring all deliverables are met within agreed timeframes. Support the development of best practice processes and operational documentation for the Digital Audio Ad Operations function, including facilitating training when required. Tracking and Quality Assurance Ensure accurate implementation of tracking tags and pixels to measure campaign performance, conducting checks daily and proactively flagging discrepancies. Conduct thorough quality checks to confirm ad creative and tracking implementations are accurate, functional, and compliant with industry standards. Verify campaign setup against briefs and media plans prior to launch. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and creative implementation, working with Ad Technology, Ad Product, and Support teams to resolve them promptly. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, managing issues calmly and communicating solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders. Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvements that reduce recurrence. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyse campaign data using tools including Google Analytics and platform-specific reporting to generate actionable insights on performance, delivery, and audience targeting. Provide reporting both during active campaigns and post-campaign, liaising with Commercial Sales, Digital Audio, and client contacts on performance outcomes. Identify trends and opportunities to improve ad delivery and overall campaign effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration and Compliance Work collaboratively with teammates and management across Commercial Sales, Digital Audio, Podcast Operations, Partnerships, and Inventory to ensure seamless campaign execution. Serve as a key contact for clients during campaign delivery, providing clear and timely communication on campaign status and performance. Ensure all campaign activity complies with industry standards, privacy regulations, and ad quality guidelines. Manage workload and task prioritisation to provide maximum visibility to key stakeholders at all times.
