Position Information: This is a regular, full-time position, reporting to Group Product Manager.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $61,245 and $85,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, human-computer interaction, communications or design and at least 2 years of digital accessibility experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines like WCAG.
  • Proficiency with assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigators, and magnifiers.
  • Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact accessibility.
  • Experience using accessibility testing tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Awareness of disability rights and sensitivity to user needs.
  • The preferred candidate will possess expertise in digital content standards and remediation consultation, including familiarity with NIMAS/NIMAC guidelines, as well as a strong understanding of print accessibility standards.
  • Background in digital content remediation—including formats such as PDF, PowerPoint, and video—primarily in a consultation and testing capacity
