WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Director who thrives on client success, retention, and revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic account management with strong commercial acumen, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while driving agency revenue targets.
We promote a culture of work life balance where we encourage staff not to work late, take time back in lieu if they need and have the option of participating in a 9-day fortnight work pattern (every other Friday off, paid).

REQUIREMENTS


  • Proven track record in client retention and revenue growth within a digital marketing or SEO agency.

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or sales within a digital marketing environment.

  • Strong commercial mindset, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

  • Ability to identify and convert upsell opportunities, increasing client lifetime value.

  • Experience leading and mentoring teams to achieve performance goals.

  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on ROI-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
