Job Description
You will provide indispensable support to the Digital Director and deliver best in class implementation and execution to ensure client results and expectations are achieved. You will be part of a small but high-performing, dynamic and adaptive company, with an appetite for growth and driving results for the clients.
The Digital Performance Executive is responsible for making sure tasks assigned are executed promptly, efficiently and effectively to meet client objectives. You have an opportunity to develop and hone your understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how channels play a role in delivering a successful outcome.
Qualifications
- 12 month’s minimum experience working on biddable media (Google AdWords, bing, Facebook, etc.)
- Previous experience of any area of online marketing an advantage although not essential
- Genuine interest in the online market
- Strong attention to detail essential
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar
- Experience of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Keynote (Mac)
- High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong numeracy and mathematical skills
- Shows initiative and seeks out new projects and tasks whenever possible
Additional Information
- Work with the Digital Director to achieve campaign performance and deliverables for clients
- Support the Digital Director with planning account and campaign structure, targeting and creative/messaging, etc.
- Fully responsible for implementing your deliverables, on time and in an efficient manner. Your manager and clients should never need to chase overdue work
- Implementation in Google, bing, Facebook and other biddable media platforms
- Keep track and report on campaign main metrics, including impressions, clicks, media spend, conversions, etc.
- Work with the Digital Director to deliver against targets, actions and deliverables set for clients
- Assist the Digital Director to monitor industry trends and competitor activity (through a range of services and tools such as Google Trends, AdGooroo, SEMrush, etc.)
- Assist the Digital Director to build client reports and provide raw data
- Day to day campaign implementation to a high level of quality
- Regular and ad hoc reporting, including pulling data from Google Analytics
- Basic analysis of reports
- Campaign rollout and optimisation, including research, copywriting and trafficking
- Develop an understanding of the role of all media channels in delivering on client objectives
- Build an in-depth knowledge of all digital vendors and their offerings
- Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
- Develop a close working relationship with search engines and technology suppliers
- Support the business on new business pitches and other ad hoc projects when required
- Highlight potential issues and concerns to your manager in a timely fashion
- Approach your work with a ‘can-do’ attitude and deliver best in class client service every day
- Ensure that all tasks assigned to you are delivered within the allocated timeframe to avoid delays to client deliverables
- Keep track of time spent on projects and tasks updating your timesheet on a daily/weekly basis
- Keeps abreast of the latest changes and trends in the digital space
- Take pride in all work delivered and ensure the presentation and design is impeccable and consistent with SearchTribe brand guidelines
