We are looking for a talented and dedicated marketing generalist to join our Agency and work hand-in-hand with new clients to help grow their business and achieve their digital marketing goals. In this role, you will be managing client relationships, setting strategy and advising on multi-channel digital marketing efforts. You will also be the single point of contact with clients, and coordinate the delivery of products and services. You must be well versed in digital marketing, and have what it takes to be a consultative advisor and build client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 + years in Digital Marketing
  • Strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing including strategy, planning and campaign execution across multiple channels – including SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, social media, ecommerce, email marketing, etc.
  • Client Service experience required
  • Digital Agency experience required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized, with great attention to detail
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Ability to multi-task and operate with a sense of urgency and accountability
  • Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
  • Be a trusted marketing partner and advisor to BrandRep’s mid-sized clients
  • Understand our clients’ business, brand, competitors, value proposition and goals
  • Utilizes category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities for clients
  • Create integrated marketing plans and implement marketing campaigns
  • Develop strategies and objectives for building and executing marketing campaigns including web development/enhancement, SEO, social media, email marketing, content development, paid search, ecommerce, and more
  • Be the single point of contact for client communication. Present and train on social media strategies to clients.
  • Manage client relationships including weekly status calls and reporting
  • Coordinate internal agency resources to deliver products and services with excellence
  • Collaborate with content, design, production, operations and marketing teams to meet client goals
  • Manage cross-functional projects, planning processes and timelines to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
  • Provide reporting to measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategic recommendations
  • Develop proposals for new client relationships
  • Performs other duties as necessary to support the Agency division and its clients
