As we prepare to launch our new brand and website, we’re entering the next chapter - and we’re looking for a Digital Account Manager who’s ready to take the reins of some of our most high-profile B2C, B2B, and eCommerce accounts.
This is not your average AM role. You’ll have real autonomy to shape the digital direction of your clients, working with talented delivery teams to craft bold strategies, integrated marketing campaigns, and measurable growth. From premium consumer brands to global industry leaders, you’ll be the bridge between client ambition and digital excellence.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead and grow a portfolio of multi-sector accounts across PPC, SEO, content, digital PR, and design.
  • Be the strategic heartbeat of your clients - defining campaign direction, translating commercial goals into actionable plans, and reporting results that matter.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to bring integrated campaigns to life - on time, on budget, and on brief.
  • Build relationships that last. Your clients will see you as a trusted partner, not just a project manager.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and innovation across every touchpoint.
