Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and presenting insights to clients. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals. Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and performance outcomes. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies and present findings to clients. Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality work on time. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client success. Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the digital marketing field. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively. Experience with analytics tools and reporting software. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving client success. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
