Position Summary:
NexGen Cloud is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Digital Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with our existing SMB and mid-market customers. As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, driving solution adoption, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
