We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our team are OMG. This role will start as a contract with a view to go permanent for the right person early 2025.
You will lead and support account management across a digital portfolio, in both managed service and self-serve campaigns. You will utilise the resources OMG wide to create well executed & innovative digital strategies, driving outcomes for clients and independent agencies.
This role will have a particular focus on supporting OMG Connect Commercial and Investment team and will work closely with the OMG Leadership team (Commercial Director, Head of Activation, Head of Platforms and the CIO)

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain key working relationships with stakeholders in order to develop strong digital strategies.
  • Successfully manages a mid-tier portfolio of independent agencies and clients
  • Lead the account management for your client patch across the digital landscape including all programmatic VOD, BVOD, Dooh and Display.
  • Makes recommendations based on a thorough understanding of clients’ business and categories as well as the digital marketplace
  • Be part of day to day client management including defining scope, managing meetings, writing and proofing reports, developing strategies and troubleshooting problems
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Chief Investment Officer as well as other senior leaders within OMG.
