About the role. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive advertising performance, and identify growth opportunities. This role combines account management, digital advertising expertise, and commercial focus to help clients achieve their business objectives while contributing to revenue growth. Position: Digital Account Manager Location: Athens, Greece Work model: On-site (Hybrid after 6months) Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities Collect and share client feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services Manage client communications, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of satisfaction Research client objectives, industry trends, and market developments to provide strategic recommendations Present tailored digital advertising solutions and optimization strategies to clients Identify upsell and performance improvement opportunities across accounts Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account documentation Share insights and campaign performance feedback with internal teams Resolve day-to-day challenges impacting campaign delivery or revenue performance Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets. REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Spanish both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level Minimum 2+ years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, outbound sales, or account management roles Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads; certifications are a plus Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365 Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Highly organized, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
