Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts across SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, and Web projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients — leading reviews, spotting opportunities, and ensuring we consistently deliver results.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to ensure high standards of delivery and professional growth.
  • Oversee client projects — coordinating resources, tracking budgets, and keeping timelines on track using project management tools.
  • Take responsibility for commercial elements including reporting, budget management, and supporting invoicing processes.
  • Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities that add real value for clients.
  • Play an active role in Urban Element’s marketing and events, including roundtables, workshops, and networking activities.

This is primarily a remote role, but you’ll need to:

  • Visit clients across Oxfordshire when required
  • Join team meet-ups in person at Bloxham Mill (Banbury, Oxfordshire) quarterly or twice a yea
