Job Description About the role: As a Digital Activation Specialist within our Retail Media team, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients’ campaigns to life across onsite and offsite channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where your digital marketing knowledge and data-driven mindset will contribute to the success and growth of Redcare’s Retail Media business in Italy. About your tasks: Activate and manage Retail Media campaigns across onsite (web & app) and offsite (programmatic, social) channels Monitor campaign performance and ensure flawless execution aligned with client KPIs Optimize campaigns in real time based on performance data and insights Collaborate closely with the Retail Media Lead Italy, Campaign Management, and Ad Tech teams for best-in-class execution Support reporting and post-campaign analysis to extract learnings and enhance future activations Qualifications About you: You have 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, activation, or campaign management (ideally in Retail Media, e-commerce, or an agency) You bring hands-on experience with ad servers, Sponsored Product Ads, DSPs, or social platforms (e.g. Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, etc.) You possess a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail You have a proactive, collaborative, and learning-oriented approach Additional Information About your benefits: In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits: Welcome days: We want you to feel comfortable from day one and welcome you with a specific onboarding program.
