Job Description About the role: As a Digital Activation Specialist within our Retail Media team, you will be instrumental in bringing our clients’ campaigns to life across onsite and offsite channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where your digital marketing knowledge and data-driven mindset will contribute to the success and growth of Redcare’s Retail Media business in Italy. About your tasks: Plan, activate, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube) to drive visibility and performance for our retail partners. Optimize campaigns in real time using Google Ads and related tools to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs. Expand your expertise beyond Google by collaborating on Retail Media activations across onsite (web & app) and offsite (programmatic and social) channels. Work closely with the Retail Media Lead Italy, Campaign Management, and Ad Tech teams to ensure best-in-class execution and innovation in paid media strategies. Support reporting, post-campaign analysis, and cross-channel learnings to enhance future activations. Qualifications About you: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, or YouTube), ideally in a Retail Media, e-commerce, or agency environment. You’re confident using Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and DV360; familiarity with other ad servers or social platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager) is a plus. You have strong analytical and optimization skills, with a passion for data-driven performance marketing. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to collaborate and learn in a fast-evolving retail media landscape.
