Job Description:
In this position, you will manage a portfolio of small business customers with a focus on growing their business. Specifically, you’ll consult with your customers, assess the performance of their digital ads on the platform and look to optimize results by introducing tools, products and services tailored to best meet their needs. Using your background in successful account management and marketing as the jumping off point, you’ll be trained on our customer’s advertising solutions (including measurement) to develop a well-rounded understanding of the tools and solutions available to your book of business.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, online sales or telesales
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and sales operations
  • Experienced and excellent at building client relationships
  • Experienced problem solver and proactive communicator
