Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

The Digital Adoption Lead in the Innovation and Digital Transformation department is a new key role. This position focuses on helping employees effectively use AI, new digital tools and processes. The Digital Adoption Lead will work closely with teams to understand their needs, run digital training sessions, plan how to implement new digital products and review existing ones. Part of the role is also tracking how well these tools are being used for continued improvements. The ideal candidate has good knowledge of digital tools, great communication skills, and experience in helping people adapt to digital changes. Energy Innovation and Digital Transformation solves the digital challenges of the Energy organisation to deliver projects more sustainably, efficiently and with higher quality. This is achieved by innovating, digitalising, and automating the engineering processes enhanced with AI.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Conduct assessments and collect data: Identify gaps in digital proficiency and process integration, and understand end-users’ needs through workshops, communication campaigns, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement adoption plans: Create and execute tailored adoption plans for Energy market needs, in close collaboration with end-users’ execution client projects.
  • Track usage and effectiveness: Monitor adoption metrics, including usage rates, productivity gains, and employee satisfaction, and generate reports and dashboards for continuous improvement.
  • Create communication material and facilitate workshops: Develop and execute workshops with teams, and create handbooks, community posts, and campaign materials to raise awareness and educate employees on digital tools.
  • Think strategically and scale adoption: Develop strategies to scale digital adoption processes across the entire Energy market effectively, not just on an individual basis.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Energy and the Global Digital Adoption Chapter, managing stakeholders and collaborating with product owners to address market needs and improvements.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Act as a digital transformation ambassador, organizing Q&A forums to support AI and automation tool adoption, and encouraging employees to embrace digital tools as integral to achieving business outcomes.Co-creation and Autonomy: Act independently and contribute to a co-creating environment within the given autonomy.
