Location & flexibility This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from any Ramboll office. Relocation is not required. Your new role As our new Digital Adoption Consultant, you will drive the adoption of digital products, tools and new ways of working across Transport. Working closely with the Digital Adoption Lead, product teams and stakeholders, you will ensure solutions are not only introduced but embedded in daily use. In a rapidly changing environment where AI and digital transformation are reshaping our industry, success depends on how well people adopt new ways of working. You will help translate innovation into real business value by shaping and supporting adoption efforts across the full lifecycle, from pilots to scaled implementation and everyday use. You will work across disciplines and geographies, supporting communication, enablement and knowledge sharing to enable lasting behavioural change. You will also gather user insights to support continuous improvement and ensure digital solutions deliver measurable value in practice.
