REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven knowledge of current SEM best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing within SEM campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to data-driven results.
  • Advanced English language skills (C1 level or higher) and great communication skills in Spanish.
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent multitasking skills.
  • Experience in managing multi-country paid advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to strategize and execute campaigns, comfortable taking ownership from planning to implementation.
  • Be able to overlap with Germany business hours.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEM strategies for our English-language brands, both short- and long-term.
  • Manage and optimize SEM and Paid Social accounts (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns; collaborate with specialists as needed to optimize results.
  • Generate new and creative growth strategies; manage team members or specialists to execute them.
  • Write compelling ad copy for SEM and Paid Social platforms, or coordinate with copywriters for content creation.
  • Propose and test new ideas; create projections to support campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective completion.
