The ideal candidate will build, manage, optimize, and report on all social media advertising campaigns for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and support Google Ads campaign management as needed. This role is perfect for someone who gets both the strategy and the execution - someone who can build and manage campaigns from the ground up, optimize on the fly, keep an eye on budgets, and work closely with clients to keep things running smoothly from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising strategy, media planning, and paid social execution
  • Proven experience running successful e-commerce advertising campaigns
  • Previous agency experience is preferred
  • Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong asset
  • Working knowledge of Google advertising, including strategy, optimization, and reporting
  • Availability for 15–20 hours per week during standard working hours (9am–5pm EST), across at least three weekdays.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, results-driven paid social campaigns
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make thoughtful, data-backed client recommendations
  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Klaviyo
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
