Description

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-focused Digital Advertising Manager to take full ownership of our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads. This role requires a deep understanding of online advertising strategy, campaign optimisation, and creative development to drive high-quality traffic, maximise conversions, and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of ROAS optimisation and cost-efficiency in advertising spend.
  • Experience with Shopping Ads, Performance Max campaigns, re-marketing/retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ad headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with landing page optimisation.
  • Familiarity with dynamic product ads and feed optimisation tools.
  • Understanding of attribution models and customer journey tracking.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for ad troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max), Facebook Ads (Meta Ads Manager), and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads).
  • Create and optimise ad copy, creatives, images, videos, and headlines to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify profitable opportunities.
  • Develop and test A/B variations of ad content, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Monitor performance data and adjust budgets, targeting, and creative elements to maximise ROAS.
  • Analyse campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure and refine results.
  • Optimise product feed management for Shopping Ads, ensuring product titles, descriptions, and imagery are fully optimised.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, advertising trends, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
