The role As Digital Adviser Channel Manager, you will manage and optimise UniSuper’s digital advice channels, focusing on delivery, performance, and continuous improvement aligned to member needs. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will ensure digital advice propositions are effective, compliant, and scalable. Key responsibilities include: * Manage day‑to‑day operations of digital advice channels in line with agreed service and quality standards * Oversee vendor performance, contractual obligations, and continuous optimisation initiatives * Use data and insights to monitor performance and improve member experience * Ensure digital advice solutions meet governance, risk, and compliance requirements * Collaborate across teams to align digital advice with broader advice and member strategies     About you You bring strong experience managing digital advice, advice technology, or related advice channels within a regulated environment. You are commercially minded, data‑led, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders to deliver outcomes. You will also have: * Background in financial services, superannuation, or advice‑related environments * Experience managing third‑party vendors or platforms * Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance in advice * Ability to translate insights into practical improvements for members * 3+ years of relevant work experience as a digital product owner  * You are extremely comfortable working with both CX designers and web developers  * You possess knowledge of and experience in the provision of product advice within the Australian market, preferably working with adviser service portals     What We Offer   UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
